Electronic Health Passport: a solution could come from Italy

The European Union has announced that it wants to speed up the creation of a digital certificate that attests whether its carrier has been vaccinated or is negative to Covid-19, a kind of Electronic Health Passport, in order to define certain and unique rules for safe travel between countries. Electronic health passport, there is an Italian solution

It is called My Health Passport and is based on the Algorand blockchain, public and green since it does not use pow, which consumes large amounts of energy, but a particular consensus creation system called Pure Proof of Stake.
